How To Use Tags

Tags allow you to organize clients in the dashboard view into groups.

  • Example: an agency that reports for a bunch of dealer groups around the country could organize a view of all their dealers for the "Chicago" Area

 To add a Tag for a Client:

  1. Click on the clients Tab
  2. Select the Action drop down on the client you would like to manage
  3. Select client settings
  4. Select Tags
  5. Type the name of the tag you would like to apply, in the Add Tags Field
  6. Select update client to save

Using Tags:

  1. Once you've added a tag to a client
  2. Click on the Dashboard Tab
  3. Select the Tag's drop down to select a group of tags to view
  4. Once selected you'll only see a view of clients with that Tag

Hint / Tricks - You can apply multiple Tags to a client so that they will show under different Tags

  • Example: an agency that reports for a bunch of dealer groups around the country could organize a view of all their dealers for the "Chicago" Area may also want to include that same dealer in a Tag for "illinois" so they can view their clients by state as well as by city in the dashboard.   

Removing Tags:

  1. From the client settings menu
  2. Select Tags
  3. Simply click on the x of the blue tag that you would like to remove
  4. Select update client to save
