Once a customer, we will help you get the most out of your NinjaCat subscription with NinjaCademy - our on-boarding training program.

NinjaCademy Overview

NinjaCademy is our onboarding program - which consists of up to three hour-long training sessions to make sure you're getting the most out of NinjaCat. Typically sessions 1 and 2 are workshops, used to steer you in the right direction to efficiently get all your client profiles and reports set up. Each workshop concludes with "homework" or assignments for you to complete prior to the next session. It's ideal to keep participation in the workshops small (1-2 people). 

Session 3 can be a team training session with your extended team (e.g. account managers) to show them how to access the reports, add notes/analysis, set them up to automatically send (either to themselves, their clients or both), update and/or add client profiles, etc.   Participation in the team training can be as many people as you like. If you don't feel you need all 3 sessions, we can cut it down to whatever works for you.

NinjaCademy is available to you as a training resource that must be utilized within the first 60 days of your subscription.  Depending on the amount of time you have available to devote to tasks between sessions, as well as number of clients you plan on supporting with NinjaCat, it can take as little as 2 weeks or as long as 4-6 weeks to become a NinjaCademy graduate!

Core Team Workshop #1

  • • Client profile best practices
  • • Template requirements and strategy
  • Homework: While you load your clients, your NInjaCat client success manager will build the foundation templates (Up to 3) that will be used as a basis for your reports.
Core Team Workshop #2
  • • Collaborative completion of your foundation template(s)
  • • Template building ins and outs (PPC, SEO, Social)
  • • Best practices for creating template variations (e.g. lead gen, eCommerce, etc.)
  • • Client report best practices (creation / deployment)
  • • Establish date and agenda for extended team training session
  • Homework: Complete core set of templates and set up client reports.
Extended Team Training*
  • • Geared towards account managers, sales, etc.
  • • Basics (what is NinjaCat, how to access the platform)
  • • Reports (how to download pdf, add notes/analysis, access report archives)
  • • Clients (how to add a new client, schedule a report for them, set up dashboard credentials, etc.)
  • • Troubleshooting tips
  • • Optional: How to copy a foundation template to apply client-specific filters
  • *If training for an extended team is not required, a third workshop can be held with the core team to answer any remaining ad-hoc questions and make sure you're ready to conquer the world! Or at least the world of PPC and SEO reports!
