Paul is a passionate software veteran with over 17 years of experience building and scaling startups from the ground up. Previously, as Co-Founder of EZFacility, he held a variety of roles ranging from Chief Architect, CTO to President. He helped grow the company to become the #1 player in SaaS health club management software, which was acquired by Jonas Software in 2009. His expertise is in leadership, strategy, execution, marketing, product management, development and business modeling.
Joe leads all engineering, product management, quality assurance, system administration and networking operations at NinjaCat. His expertise includes algorithms, low-level optimization, parallelism and scalability. Joe holds a master’s degree in computer science with peer-reviewed research on improved methods for missing or corrupt DNA value recovery and gene classification.
Andrew leads NinjaCat’s sales organization and is a key architect of the company's rapid sales growth. Prior to NinjaCat, Andrew joined EZFacility as VP of Sales & Operations with Paul, leading the company to unprecedented growth and a successful acquisition in 2009. He is an expert in sales process, sales execution, sales training and sales management.
With 30 years experience in the enterprise software industry, Kevin has successfully lead large sales teams and created sales models that have helped clients with their business problems. While working as a Sr. VP at Platinum Technology, he drove revenue from 90 million to over a billion by implementing a beneficial customer and company sales model. He was responsible for 63% of all new license revenue with only 10% of the total contracts and increased the average deal size from 70k to over 500k. Kevin went on to start his own value added reseller business, that helped clients acquire enterprise software faster and cheaper. His model both benefits clients and company he consults for. He’s passionate about teaching and developing sales teams to focus on solving customer business problems. At NinjaCat, Kevin helps drive customer success and replicable sales processes, that will help position our company as a world leader in agency client reporting.
Eric manages day-to-day sales operations and shepherds new users from prospect all the way to satisfied client. He has a passion for collaborative solution-based sales and enjoys nothing more than establishing successful long-term partnerships. Prior to joining NinjaCat, Eric excelled in tech sales in several verticals including advertising and payroll/HR.
Jay heads NinjaCat’s Customer Success division; streamlining and perfecting the NinjaCat customer experience. Jay’s passion for client services and customer satisfaction comes from over 10 years of client engagement experience and customer journey engineering. With previous roles creating customer experience events for large technology companies such as IBM and BlackBerry, Jay is well versed in keeping our tech savvy customers extremely happy.
Dom is responsible for all marketing and design initiatives at NinjaCat. With over 10 years experience, his passion for problem solving and connecting customers to solutions is what drives him. Prior to NinjaCat, Dom was co-founder of a social enterprise, as well as designed marketing programs for supportive housing organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Infrastructure Planning.
As a NinjaCat Board Member, Adam brings 20+ years of experience operating and growing multiple SaaS and technology companies. He is currently the Chief Information Officer of Gold's Gym, the most recognized gym chain in the world with more than 750 locations in 37 states and 28 countries. Adam has co-founded 3 technology businesses from concept through a liquidity event, including most recently the sale of EZFacility to Jonas Software in 2009. He then became the President of Jonas Fitness, one of the largest business units within Jonas Software, with 100’s of employees and 1,000’s of customers in the US, Canada and the UK. Adam has built a reputation for being able to accelerate business development and expanding a company’s market footprint by applying his deep insight of technology and the SaaS model. While the co-founder & CEO of IVCi, he helped guide the company to Inc. 500 status 4-years in a row. The Long Island Business News recently named Adam as a 2015 “CEO of the Year” recipient.
An advisor to NinjaCat, Brian is an experienced M&A, strategy, and investment
professional. Currently, as Director of Corporate Development at Gannett, Brian is responsible for the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, strategic investments, divestitures, and joint ventures. His expertise includes performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, conducting business and financial due diligence, market research, financial modeling, deal structuring and negotiations. He has completed 20+ transactions representing over $5B in transaction value including the $2.2B acquisition of Belo Corporation and $1.8B acquisition of Cars.com.
