NinjaCat Referral Program Terms of Use
Promotional Period
- The NinjaCat Ambassador program, $1000 for a qualified lead, runs until May 31st, 2018.
- Starting June 1st, 2018 the NinjaCat Ambassador program will offer $600. $100 for a qualified lead that completes a demo within 30 days of being submitted into our program. $500 if that lead signs a 12-month subscription within 180 days.
Terms for Submission
- Your referral must work for a company in the digital marketing or marketing industry and be based in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada.
- REQUIRED: Send an email to serve as an introduction and CC: [email protected] (Copy will be provided in an email after the form is completed)
- Your referral’s company must meet our ‘Terms for Lead Qualification’
- One submission per year (A Tax year must pass for a second submission), total not to exceed $1000 (Promotional gift, W9 Required), or $600 (normal gift).
Terms for Lead Qualification
- Reward 1: $100 Gift Card Reward for a Qualified demo with your referral
- Your friend’s company or a representative from the company must complete a phone demo with us within 30 days of being referred in order to qualify for the $100 gift. Your friend’s company must also meet any other market qualifying criteria which could include, but not limited to, company size, digital ad spend, perceived or communicated need or any unforeseen qualifiers.
- Reward 2: $900 ( or $500) Gift Card if your referral signs up for a paid subscription with NinjaCat within 180 days
- Your friend’s company must sign up with NinjaCat for a 12-month subscription within 180 days of the referral being submitted in order to qualify for the $900 (or $500) gift.
Disqualifiers
- If your friend’s company is already engaged with NinjaCat (has spoken with us in the last 3 months) the referral is considered void.
